The volume / CD Petropolis, a publication of the Department of Education and Learning of the University of Applied Sciences and Arts of Southern Switzerland, is the result of a project by Xabier Erkizia (soundartist, E) with the collaboration of Monica Fantini (radio author, F), Michele Mainardi (psychopedagogist, CH) and with the scientific coordination of Eliana Rela (historian, BR) and Lorena Rocca (geographer, IT). The field work was carried out in October 2017 in the district of Petropolis in Caxias do Sul (BR) during the second edition of the Travelling Soundscape Workshop.
